Yes, because we only sell to wholesalers we require you to provide us with the Reseller Number issued by your State.
3. What is your minimum order purchase online?
Minimum online wholesale order is $150.00
4. What is your return policy?
We take full responsibility for damages occurred in transit. Should you find any problems with your order once you receive it, please contact us immediately. All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org, via fax at 619-498-0686 or by phone 800-432-6922 within 10 days of receipt of order. Before contacting us be sure to inspect your whole order, as we only accept one claim report per shipment. Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error must be approved and are subject to a 20% handling charge. No claims will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.
5. What type of payments do you take?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Net 30 accounts on approved credit.
6. What will freight be? How is it calculated?
Freight is calculated by weight and volume. Your order has to be packed and weighted in order arrive at an exact freight quote. We will do our best to consolidate your order to minimize freight charges without compromising the safety of the product.
7. How long will it take you to process my order?
Orders are generally processes within two weeks. If you are in need of expedited service please contact us.
8. Can I use my own UPS or Fedex Account?
Yes, we will be glad to ship with your freight account. Please contact us to provide us with the information we need.
9. What can I do if I break the glass for one of your vases?
We sell replacement glass for all the vases we sell. Please contact us with the item number that needs replacement and we will quote the price of your replacement glass.
